    It's tempting, you know. Tempting.

Watching him push weights or fight training ?

I assure you his fight training would be much more impressive to watch. At the last K1 competition he looked better than I have ever seen him fight before, but unfortunately he was ripped off by the judges who gave the bout to the local guy. With hindsight it appeared the judges wanted a showdown between the reigning K1 champ and the local champ in the final.

It pays to knock the locals out if you can so there is no disputing who won.

I'd be up for a Welly fight club thingamee .... I'd have to fit it around my chess club, sci fi club, gaming club, maths club, physics club, my economics lectures, my statistics tutorials, my orniothology club and K.A.O.S.... Not to mention my stamp collecting time, dusting my rock collection time, and when I go to my work in the library and help out in the university paper

    Man I'm cool
I also forgot to mention, joining a marching band to play the accordian.
That reminds me of a funny story actually, you see, this one time at band camp....

Push weights, but he seemed to do a lot of specialised Paul Chek-ish type training. High-speed stuff. I couldn't have done what he was doing. Quite an amazing all-around athlete, that guy.

I was having a yarn to Ray Clee about this one day and he's got a DRZ 400 that he takes out to the beach early in the morning and canes it around in top gear and drifts it around on the sand and stuff, said it gives all of his riding muscles a good work out and gets his mind really thinking when he is travelling at high speeds and is losing traction and what not. Makes plenty of sense to me... that is if you are an absolute legend and suzuki get you an ex demo DRZ

Low weight and high reps. Perfect for toning and building/maintaining lean strong muscle mass. Ideal for his sport.

Hey MR .... Just join a gym get a proper training program and eat right.

You'll have much better arms in 6 months and noticeably developed arms in a year, you'll be fitter, be able to concentrate/focus longer and actually be happier = remember the healthy body-healthy mind cliche? Well your brain secretes chemicals during and after strenuous exercise, serotonin one of these chemicals lifts your mood giving people a natural positive high.

If you are in a hurry take some steroids. Yes you'll have to sell your bike to pay for them and you do risk dying but they'll give you big arms very quickly.

Just become an ambulance officer in South Auckland!!! Lifting people who weigh 3 times as much as you is a good way of getting rid of girly arms!
