    Does it come with it's own power supply or does it naturally glow like that?

    Just think, for night riding attach some white led's shining at the torso. You could be seen from miles away.

    Good on you Klingon I wear my Hi Vis vest all the time and it does make you stand out and easyier to see and thats half the battle of staying safe. Vern.
