    Sj50qt

I'm considering buying one of these. What are the common problems with these and are they reliable? And with the restrictor removed what is the top speed?

I commute on a Sj50qt. I think it will go to 60kph on a good day.

We haven't had too much issues with it. Breaks pads are the only things I've changed.
The started motor misses sometimes and the battery is getting weak so I have to kick start it. But it's always easy to start.

I need to tighten the steering head a bit.

Oh, and I low sided it going over a white painting a while a go. I crashes well too.

    cheers

Mine is second hand (or third or ?) it's done nearly 13,000Ks no problems.
    Touch wood!

The nearest equivalent would be the Yamaha Jog and the Jog has the advantage of a disk brake but other than that theyr'e both fine for what they're designed for.
