    Setup

    Hi Jimmy,

I would just like to add my thanks to Shane's, what you told us made a lot of sense and gave me a greater understanding of how the suspension works.

Found the Z’d to be a bit more bouncy but it did seem to handle well and I had more comfort, I may look at just doing a small adjustment, however before that I will adjust the rear shock as you said and take it from there.

Had a good trip back, had no idea where the heck we where but was fun.

Tnx again for the help and lesson.

    Cheers Dave

Bike is subtly better - can't put my finger on exactly why its better but I'm convinced it is.

    Thanks for your help today.

    Cheers

    Hi guys,

Thanks for the kind words, it wass a pleasure to work on your bikes.

Shane I'll flick you that email tonight as promised and include a couple more things to try that will possibly make further progress. To be honest though, yours was probably the best bike yet through the "Dalton" garage. Not really a hell of alot to do there.

Dave, if you need a hand in making your bike a whole lot better, don't hesitate to give me a yell.

    Cheers again

    Jimmy

No doubt experienced bikers will gain from this but newbees will DEFINITELY gain heaps.
You could do setup and Ill do oil changes n stuff on the bench
It's a possibility mate. Thing is, with the LG team ramping up for the winter series, and a couple of new bikes to help set up I'm probably going to be a busy little beaver.

Let me know when you're thinking of and we'll talk bro.
