Can you purchase a motobike warranty for a second hand bike?

Shops usually offer a 3 month warranty, but it depends on them.

You tried asking them?

maybe somewhere like prector or something, since they use to do them for cars or something like that, it more covers if engine blows up, or simlar, mechnical service.
