    Seriously, racing a road bike works out fine. You just can't crash, however, which rules out lots of people...

    Shit man that's a dilemna. All I know is that I would struggle to race my road bike. But I probably wouldn't mind racing my wife's roadbike if she had one.

    I'd vote for tyhe last one also.

    Keep her happy is the best long term strategy, and by getting a trackbike you can afford, you reduce that fear of having to spend mega$ if you come off.

    (Either on Taxi's, flowers, parts, chocolates, repairs, gifts, more flowers, and never being allowed near her bike again)
