I always wanted 5OSLO (since 50SLO is taken). Came into my head after seeing a Skyline down this way with 2SLW50 or something similar. But from experience with personalised plates on cars, I'd never get one for the bike - people remember them, and that might be a good thing if you think speed kills, but...

And what`s wrong with Osama? It`s a middle-eastern name, end of story.I dont go around trashing people called Tony because they share the same given name as a guy who ordered cluster bombs to be dropped on civilians,or Henry because some arsehole of the same name carpet-bombed Cambodia.
If the owner of the plates name was Osama then fine nothin wrong. I'm sorry but this is just one of the few things that get me angry.

I dunno if arguing politics on here is the best thing to do, but personally I'd much rather osama over for dinner than dubya and friends.

At least you'd know the bombs were somewhere else
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

A few years back I had to re-register a kawasaki. Down at VTNZ, after filling in the forms and passing the inspection, the lady fossicks about in a box of plates and returns with 69USA. I am temporarily stunned, before and can say anything, the plate is whisked away as it is has been ordered by somebody else and I cannot have it. The replacement...

    10USD

You cant get more of a obvious plate than 'TUAMAN'. 20 guesses who was driving the black merc?? You would think that UNLESS you want the attention of joe public you would stick to something bit more 'standard'?

Supposedly the LTNZ has always prevented the release of sequences that could be regarded as "offensive" E.G. DIK123 for example.
But some must get through because I did see a car with ANU567
    (looks like ANUS)
