John Key's my local MP and he's looking for infrastructre projects to boost the economy - sounds like Concrete Barriers might be topical...

Well he's got 50mill to spend on a cycle way. So what's more important saving lives or Keys cycle way. Actually it was a Rod Donald's cycle way.

Silly me - I'm thinking outside the box to achieve a couple of things... boost the economy, protect a few jobs, AND reduce the carnage inflicted by WRBs.

... and... are you saying the cycleway's a good idea, or not? Or does that depend on the person originally thinking it up?

Not thinking like is fine with me, but reliably turning threads about all manner of current topics into an egocentric discussion on how the current political regime isn't as good as the previous one for whatever reason, often in less than 30 words is very much akin to using whatever platform is available to discuss religion.

There's a dedicate thread for that - let's start off a Political one....
