That was on the Blade bro!!! I noticed that when you backed off there the backend would get a bit untidy cos it doesn't have a slippery clutch, but when you held it flat (it was your last run on the Blade) you went around there like a rocket on rails.

I didn't really want to take someone elses bike eh. Not after a weekend of little sleep, quite a few beers and getting roasted in the sun. Putting in 6 hours in the saddle being scared of breaking the thing the whole way wasn't something I was keen on. Getting hit by an SUV on someone elses bike would be a nightmare.

I got woke up a couple of times with Drew was moaning and groaning in his sleep. I don't think he was dreaming of the hillclimb if you catch my drift. I was too scared to sleep.

You never mentioned the HALF POUND burger you ate at Taupo. I was seriously wondering hwo you downed it.

... says the guy who spent have the night snoring.

At least I wasn't disappointed with my burger. I ordered a McDonalds burger got exactly what I expected, nothing good.

Was good to meet koba, Weaver and the others. Lots of fun. But I had to take the Monday off cos I was seriously lacking sleep.

As i mentioned, the hard arsed biker award goes to the bloke who turned down the offer of an air bed just to cuddle up to an rg lol
Sure hope it don't put ya off doin it again lol like someone said ppl pay big dollars for an adventure like that lol
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

Air beds leak and you end up on the ground anyway. Only thing they're good for is to be used as a ground sheet!!

I seem to recall that it wasn't me being told repeatedly to HTFU over the weekend.
