    Front wheel - K5 GSXR1000

I need a front wheel, no rotors, for a K5 1000 front end. Any GSXR600/750/1000 wheel from K1/2 onwards will fit.

Need it for the race bike, it doesn't need to be pretty, but it does need to be true.

    PM me.

    Cheers.

The rotor mount bolt pattern and rotors are different sized on the non-radial brake fronts....they're not a straight swap-in.

    Thanks for that. So it'd be a k4/5 600 / 750 / 1000 onwards until k6/7

MBB - that wheel i leant you is a k3 600 wheel, with k4 600 discs on it.

So older wheels do fit, its just the disc sizes you have to worry about and thats fixed by spacers on the calipers.

I'll courier the wheel back this week, owe you some beers!

    try these people

try these people, theyre actually in Nz I purchased a front and rear tire off them from Trade Me yesterday, and they had them mounted on rims, IM sure they also had alot of GSXR stuff and think thats what the tires came off. Worth a try anyway.

    Hi Mad Bike Boy,

I have some larger 320 disk rotors and I am after some K4/5 GSXR600 rotors, i.e. the 300mm's ones.

    Does this help you? swap?

    Regards
    Eric

feral if you have a k4 front end, all you need to do is get some caliper spacers to be able to use the 320mm discs on your bike.

i got a spare set of 300mm rotors, if ya get desperate

    Hi Cajun,

Yes, I have some nice spacers turned up for it. But i'd prefer to swap out for some 300 discs. That way, its a faster and easier swap to wets.

Any thoughts on costs for your 300's. PM me direct.

    Regards
    Eric
