Getting license back after injury?

seems like i need to brush up on a few things,

5-8-2a Where injury circumstances occur when a medical clearance certificate is required that
competitors log book must be uplifted by the Steward and sent to the MNZ Office along
with the Stewards Report.
The logbook will be returned to the competitor once the appropriate clearance is received.

the steward has to send it to the office,

nah just kidding. i have heard that this must have gone through quite recently. and ya cant be expected to know every rule by heart.
