Trump Lady, ( so long as all Ok to go, ie not a Club event etc) I'll be heading in from Taumarunui end - I live in Matiere. I'm still working on dragging GoGal along, work in progress! The Whanga road is, truely, a piece of cake, - I can't vouch for the turn off road, but might even go for a spin between now and then for a look - but normal caution overcomes most obstacles, ie, not fanging it on strange metal roads with 15km/hr signs, gently gently....

Are there any details about on it?
Mate its a great low key laid back event. Be good to see you there. Old school style rally. Bring your guitar and join me & the lads on stage at sometime during the weekend!

Note: Entry Form attached is from 2008 Rally

Also pre registering? I'm keen - can only do the Friday night unfortunately, and it's SO handy to me......
Its all good they even let Aprilia's in! All & sundry show up.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.

    Update

Just spoke to Gypsy - his # is on last years entry form, a most hospitable chap too he is - the deal is, no need to fill out forms, just phone him, $40 per person covers 2 dinners and breakfast, no BYO, pies etc available also, bring cash/tent etc etc.

I specifically checked on the road in - 'easy peasy'....See ya's there (and GoGal has taken the plunge too!)

Looks like Gareth, Sels & myself will be heading up on Saturday and possibly be going up the Parpara's and going in from Taumarunui which would make a change. Planning on leaving early on Sat morning and having a decent ride.
May the road rise up to meet you.

Hi Mate, look for a RED ST1300 and a Blue VT750, both with KB stickers - as you say, will be good to hook up with some more KB'ers

BY THE WAY MATE - HAPPY BIRTHDAY! - your shout at the Rally
