Probably someone here can help you out but check out Salvation Army shops etc, pick up an old pair of army boots, you do need to wear boots. It only takes one minor bin, not even your fault, to have you limping for life.

I think I can help. I have a pair down the back, I will even go so far as to let you keep the geraniums that have been growing in them for the last 6 years or so. I know they are still water proof because when I over water the plants, the water does not run out the bottom....

Sally army or Cash converters often have a few pair

These will probably fit. They are an older pair of race boots.

So.......? Just trying to be helpful. Your location isn't in your short profile and is irrelevant. You are asking for generosity from KBers so you can't complain. You're willing to take boots for free or low cost, but not prepared to help yourself by checking out recycled clothing stores. You are close to North Shore and Auckland which has plenty of places.

By comparison, Christchurch is the nearest place to me with plenty of choice - 600k.

It does seem alot of people on this site are old cranky fuckers who think the internet is serious business. But hang in there buddy. there are nice people on here lurking.
