    Leather alterations in Welly?

Tried a search but only found results for Auck & Chch.

I need to get my leather pants altered to make them smaller, does anyone know of a place in the Wellington region that does good quality work (ie wont explode on impact with the pavement) and charges a reasonable rate?

This is gonna sound a bit convoluted but my Vet is a rider and he was telling me about some guy in Stokes Valley who custom makes leathers...so maybe he'd do alterations too. If you have no joy let me know and I'm happy to follow it up for ya.

    Cheers, Ms Piggy.

There's a place in Porirua (just along from Domino's) Can't remember the name but he repaired my jacket and did an excellent job. I know others on here have also used him so he comes recommended.
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker

That'd probably be Leda leathers. I took my gear there beginning of the year for some repairs after an off and also wanted the legs in my squid suit shortened and made tighter. He did an awesome job and would recommend to anyone.
Do a thread search on the name Leda Leathers and you'll see many others have also had great service and you'll get the web site too (can't be arsed searching myself.... that's your job )
