    1988 rgv 250

This is a nice wee unrestricted RGV 250, its been off the road for a while and just recently fixed her up and put her back on the road.

Has been dropped at low speed a couple of times but frame and forks are straight. Had the fairing repaired and painted, the body is pretty tidy but not perfect.

The back cylinder seized so has had full rebuild.
Cylinder, head, piston, rings etc have been replaced with genuine suzuki sp gaskets.
    Powervalves checked and cleaned

    repairs include:

    second hand:
cylinder (excellent cond, honing marks clearly visible)
    head
oil pump replaced and lines cleaned
    piston and rings
    mirrors
    side panel repaired and painted

    New:
    front tyre
    chain
    rear sprocket
genuine sp model head gaskets on both heads (raised compression will give a bit of extra bang)
    battery
    brake and clutch levers
    rear brake fluid

    wof: 12/5/2010
    rego: 12/2/2010

Flew through wof no problems, pleanty of tread on tyres.
Always run on 98 and top fully synthetic oils (repsol or castrol) and hence goes like a cut cat. Its a great bike to ride with plenty of power, one of the quickest you can get on a learners licence.

Bike is advertised elsewhere so reserve the right to withdraw.
