Its the same as with beer - drinking from glass is best. I never buy cans of anything... unless its cans or nothing.

Ahh but Coca Cola gave us Father Christmas as we all know him :-)

Fanta was not invented by the Nazis.
The Father Christmas image was not invented by Coke.
Hard to check some of the other "facts"... But I would like to know if someone else can.
The Fanta story sort of explains other things too (such as why Coke had a plant there) if ya care to read it.

As for the taste: There is no chemical change between plastic, glass and can. It's in ya head! (But it tastes different to me )

    Glass

Best Coke I ever had was in London. My ex-girlfriend bought it for me. It was a "buy a quarter and put it in the machine" coke. Really vintage machine. it had shards of ice through it and everything - I dream about that Coke to this day.

Found Coke in a glass bottle a while back and said, "Choice, this is a bit o' me" and grabbed it. I buy V in glass (rather than in the can)

Can always taint the drink quite badly; plastic to a lesser degree but still noticeable. Glass is the only suitably "inert" material for fizzy/acidic beverages.

Only canned drink I buy is Dr Pepper because I've never seen it available any other way.

Nothing refreshes like glass because the beverage is colder and stays that way for longer. bit liike anything laptops cost more for less cause the packaging is flasher and more expensive but you get less because portability is the main concern.

Prefer rum and cloves. Asked for that at a bar once and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Nothing ssurprises me about large American corperates. Prior to the attack on Pearl Harbour there was strong support for the Nazi's within corperate america. Once America declared war on Japan Germany and Italy all trading with these three countries stopped. Fanta, as I have heard elseware, was developed as a result of this stoppage. Oddly I prefer fanta to anything else.

    Pepsi to Coke.

Does anyone else notice a difference?
I do not drink Coca Cola as a rule, just occasionally.

The first question was what do you prefer to drink it "from".

Even though I dislike the taste, I prefer it from a glass container if I drink it.
To me, yes there is a subtle difference of taste between the containers.

Answer to your second question. Yes I notice a difference too. Cheers, John.
