Anyone work for Vodafone?

I am no biggot but have to admit that it has now reached the point that I flare on contact with an accent that makes basic words unintelligable. To be fair it is not just Vodafone here, seems no matter where you go you have English as second language speakers on the end of the phone.

If enough people made enough noise things might get down. A while ago Dell outsourced it's USA computer help desks to some third world country. Corporate users in the US created a big enough stink that Dell returned to US based call centres. (Home users still had to put up with pidgin english, however)
