Apparently Twin Bridges is a bit rugged, will be in Coopers Beach tomorrow night if you want to overnight it? But have a good day out!

    A truely minta day.
440 kms of rather blissful roads, Lavva was right about Twin Bridges, should be all good in about a month. Serious road works both sides of the bridges, were stopped for about 10mins while they limed and watered the road ahead of us, oh fuckin' joy!!! Bike cleaning day tomorrow, didnt want cold water on a hot engine so I will attend to that in the morning. The forrest was fantastic, and the road through it wasn't bad either...
Didn't get to have a Battered Dolphin Burger, they dont make em' anymore, so had Steak and Chips and a drink out of a green bottle. Whats with the Norfland locals walking around in undies?? Is it commom place? undies only, nothing else, and he jumps of the Wharf....
I will get some snappy pics up soon...Omapere was stunning!!

Not even apparently mate, that road is not for the faint hearted for a few more weeks yet...LOL And that is only the road works part. Far out, we found this really cute deviation running lengthwise in the lane, cunningly disguised as a normal looking road! My poor bum, good as the suspension is, it was not designed for that kind of surprise. Loved the text at Opononi too mate, bottle nose buffet

My personal fav was the rather largish lady heaving herself up the steps of the pub that we undertook when we first arrived. Imagine the lovely surprise I got when I went to strip off the thermal underlayer to find her parked having some sort of full body evacuation in the ladies

Fantastic day love, we should do that more often

Wish I'd read this last night....would have saved me a bike wash. They were wetting it again today.

Did you go or have you ever been out to the end of Signal Stn Rd at Omapere up on the hill? Choice views from there as well.
So what is wrong with our collective Norfern undies?
Was better than where I was on friday, that's for sure![Work]
