Movie review help.

I got to do a movie review for a English assignment worth 5 credits, am in desperate need for help.
I can choose any movie to do a review on ( except no porn movies!!), it has to be catchy and all that.
Could anyone please help me out, with just a small review on a movie to get me started, not to copy just to give me ideas. At the moment I'm clueless onto how to do the intro, a movie to choose, and how to even write up a good review. To all the movie critics and the alliterate English kbers, please help i will be very grateful.

what was the last movie you saw, and enjoyed? Watchmen maybe?

download one off google for a differnt movie then break it down to what each paragraph is saying then put your words about that subject in.

Flicks.co.nz do movie reviews. Don't know how "professional" they are but they seem pretty good to me.

Not sure what level your at, but the marker is probably going want to see you show some understanding of the subtleties and depth of the movie. Not "Rambo IV was great they shot peoples heads off with .50 calibre rifles".

Thats not to say you can't use a movie like rambo. Eg here's part of the flicks review on Rambo IV:

, the site has tons of reviews, its now which one to pick. Do you think transporter 3 would be a good one to do a review on, i have made a review so far on transporter 3.

This movie "The silence of the lambs" i dont exactly understand the movie but thanks mully for the help. Whats the "f-f-f-f-f" btw

As someone pursuing a career in movie/tv who looks into this stuff- Transporter 3 makes BIG claims with its cinematography that its story/dialogue/actors can't back up, which just ends up making it look even more cheasy and laughable. Add that somehow. Look up Silence of the lambs and you'll see where the "f-f-f-f-f" comes into it

Thanks wbks, i recall you made a review ages ago about how much you hated the movie transporter 3, im doing a review on pretty much how ridiculous it was. The fake, totally unrealistic fight scenes and impossible car chases. But im still up to do this silence of the lambs movie, am looking at in now.

That wasn't really a proper review, that was just my 5min rant because I was pissed I actually bought it

Can i have it please if you dont want it, that is. Im thinking if i do a review on transporter3 it will be easier because most of the review i have written up isnt copied of the internet

because the movie is so unrealistic. But it is still a good movie to watch.
