    Still backfiring even with the gasket glue in place. Doesn't seem as frequent as before and has a bit more snap crackle pop as opposed to big explosions, but it is annoying to say the least.

    Anyone got any bright ideas as to what it could be??

    Get rid of the whole system, straight pipe with a mini reverse cone exiting just behind your foot.

    That'd be nice but not really worth it on a Hyo.

    I may have to just put up with it until I can afford to upgrade.

    its just fine!!

    it sounds best at just one 10000 which is my passing range
