    VTR 250 Headlight housing slipping

First noticed problem when out on a night right with my light being shit. On closer inspection it appeared that the whole housing was slipping meaning my front tyre was extremely well lit but the road in front of me not so much.

The housing is held/mounted with two allen screws one on either side one was not loose but had room for tightening but i think it is still slipping / gravel roads / driveways and the like prob not helping.

Anyone got good ideas on how to keep it where i want without trying to thread the screws out as they would appear to be mounted into plastic.
It is tighter after winding the screws up and i'm thinking of wacking some locktight in to see if that makes a difference but any other recommendations will be gratefully considered.

    Cheers

Try a piece of inner tube rubber (or similar) under the washer and between the lightshell and bracket. Will give a bit of friction and act as a spring washer on the bolt threads.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Worked for her.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot
