I have raced at bears events, but this was my first track day I thought the club did a great job I had 4 sessions and that was fine ,when I arrived I thought holy shit I'm not going to be able to register but credit to the club they allowed more than the 120 riders,I think it would have been worse to disapoint the other riders but an awesome day best $50.00 I 've spent in awhile.

There needs to be a penalty for riders who crash in the first two laps. Lets call it an "inconveniencing others fine". Engage brain before throttle please.
Mmn, may end up dishing out a few fines if we did that! Everyone would ride like nanas in the first few sessions in case they crashed and got fined!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

Hi ya all.... its the Ambo guy!!

Firstly thanks to all involved in the track day, it was awesum, apart from the bit where I hit the track with my sholder and right side.

Thanks organisers, officialls, track helpers, ambo staff, friends and my uncle who drove me home.

    How it happened.........
    I dunno?
I was having a good time, 1/2 way thru the 2nd session coming out of the start fin cnr, the bike went down.
Cant recall if I was under braking or on the gas, cant recall if It was low or hi side.

Broken collar bone, swollen and bruised right side.
    Nothing else.

Bike ok, busted R muffler, handle bar clipon, indicator footpeg and some paint work required.

Aploigies to anyone if I caused any inconvienence....

I had fun, ill be back, but with better tyres next time.
Theres only so much you can do on street tyres!!!!
Oh well, at least I have experience in that dept now.
    Onwards and upwards......

If anyone has any info as to exactly what happened, or acesss to any spares for a Ducati St4s... heheheee PM me.

    cheers all.

    Matt

    great day

as biug doug said , well run and cheap day out (except burning the rear pistion up, $1500 later!) The moaning people never help or do any thing but sit at the keyboards.I have run international shooting events and you get the same few helpers and the moaners sitting around doing nothing!

Hat of to the CDMTCI for and excellent day!
