No intent that way whatsoever, this is a totally sincere and genuine service. We have seen many people that have purchased second hand shocks and found that they have made an expensive mistake because a) it was misrepresented and b ) they didnt do enough due diligence. Its no skin off my nose to do a few mouse clicks to clarify if the prospective purchase is suitable for what it is intended for or can be adapted cost effectively. I cant get enough secondhand shocks and if someone can find one somewhere at a good price then good on them. Goodwill!

I can then clarify if the springing etc is ''in the window'' for you and also e-mail you a copy of the mounting instructions, base settings and a set up manual. If you know the previous owners that may also enlighten me as to whether the setup is suitable for you.

THIS IS A FREE SERVICE WE OFFER ALL OHLINS OWNERS IRRESPECTIVE OF WHERE THEY PURCHASED THE SHOCK. THOSE THAT ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A USED SHOCK OFF TRADE ME ETC CAN CONTACT ME WITH THE DETAILS PRIOR TO PURCHASE SO I CAN VERIFY THAT THE UNIT IS IN FACT CORRECT FOR THE INTENDED BIKE AND IS NOT BEING MISREPRESENTED. THIS SO OFTEN HAPPENS AND I HATE PEOPLE BEING RIPPED OFF BY UNSCRUPULOUS SELLERS!!!! ( Please also be aware of people misrepresenting themselves as Ohlins specialists, I can name those who have had specific training and who I trust to do the job properly )

Fitting of that shock is not a biggie but it is a bit of a gnarlier job than saying fitting to a GSXR.

Yeah but you are supposed to readjust the suspension BEFORE consuming 20 bourbons, NOT AFTER. It would also help in going faster if you twisted the trhrottle a little earlier and left it on a little longer....

I was faster after the bourbons!! and the throttle issuse I am well aware of...but it is an issuse a big big one...as the Pogo stick doesn't have one!!!

But I still blame you...maybe we should hook the shock clock or some telementry up to it??

Sexy Swedish pogo stick thanks! The only clock you need is one that rotates slower! I see in another post you rarely crash Poos, thats because youre not going fast enough! Ill let you off though for being a card carrying tory like me, even though you have a propensity for pleasantly plucking pheasants as a peculiar pastime.
