Sure its just like playing a specific sport, you need to do it to get fit at it.

Here's the vids of two of the sessions. The second vid is a little more, er racy :P

Good chance I will be heading down to HD this Sunday - and perhaps Bliksum will be joining me, Tenere and all.

    Who else is game?

Go on do it. Dirtbike makes a good clothes rack fior the leathers over summer, then the track bike can be the clothes rack for the MX gear over winter. It's a win win situation.

I have to be back before too late in the afternoon on Sunday so unfortunately not otherwise I would definitely be up for it. The forecast is good and I'll definitely be out.

I really need to be back by about 2pm at the latest on Sunday so guess it will be a shorter ride for me at least.

Come on then Tania, I'm pretty short on time, grab that man of yours (ok, not like that!!!) and lets start a pack toward a Puhoi run for a quick lunch on Sunday?

Who else is up for a shorter ride and hopefully a lunch in teh sun before reality hits again?

Is a newbie allowed (very quick learner)

I'd be very keen for a shorter ride on Sunday, I am a newbie but a very fast learner.
