920km, providing it's not all on the likes of the Tutukaka goat tracks

most k's in one day for me was 910. Got a bit nacked by the end and probably wasn't riding too good by then.

6-700 in one day is about it to stay safe and alert in my opinion.
I know there will be some who think that might be a bit soft but on our sorts of roads it can get pretty tiring if you want to keep up a good pace.

Any way i'm up for it, yeah!

Golly, that was an adventerous ride Off into the wilderness trying dsesperatly and successfully to avoid gravel... cos we all know how those pretty faired bikes simply hate stones that flick up and caught in their precious bits
We ended up in Whangarie, not bad considering we left heading for Opotiki and I wasn't even leading.

A lovley lunch was had, including the third girl who enjoyed his milkshake and kidies meal while the men had a beer

Thank you all for a realy cool ride with nice company

I will say sorry for leading us on a merry old ride but I'm glad we weren't following you Sharry as we were heading for Opononi Not Opotiki. Slight difference in direction.

    Great ride all the same.

I so wish I could join you guys again. I'll have to see if I can re-arrange my family commitments some time and get a day pass.
