    Hi all,
I'm new to group rides but quite interested to know about what might happen on every sunday for the new comer, (other than whats written on OPs first post)
just basically turn up and ride?
would there be any limitations as to which bike? types, cc, etc etc

I've done a long distance trip to welly (in many days) in my old sports bike but not all that psyched about going fast, leaning, kneed down and all that anymore haha,, and just looking for a laid back cruse with some fellow riders

    Thanks guys!

    Welcome,
Anything goes as long as you can do open road speeds. Most of the bikes are sports bikes but often there is a Tenere and some 250's around. There is always someone keeping the group together at the back, so you won't get lost and can run at very much your own pace.

So yes, turn up and ride everyone if friendly and helpful

Sometimes the rides are long adventurous affairs when the mood takes, or short breakfast runs when the weather is looking ugly. More than likely you will stop to talk crap and have some coffee and chow somewhere and if its a long day you may even end up at a pub exchanging war stories over a cold one.

I won't be there sunday - I will be riding at the ART day, happy days!
