    Hi
Is this ride for intermediate riders? and also, is there gravel roads involved, or just tarmac? Hope to come if intermediate able and no gravel!!

As long as you can ride 100Km/h you should be fine. No gravel roads usually, but Woodcocks Rd (a common favourite) has been re-sealed recently, and may still have gravel patches on it.
However the gravel patches were well sign posted with 30 km/h signs - so if you see the sign, slow down. It really means it!

I can't make it this weekend.

The ride certainly can have some quite technical roads and can go at good pace but all are welcome (assuming you can ride at open road speeds)
You just need to ride at your own pace.

We will wait for you, or have pointers if enough riders.

Weather looks good for Sunday and will be my first real ride after riding a scooter for a month. Looking forward to it.

    Hi Guys

New at the site, joined last night and slowly finding my way through, is the ride open to everyone?
Have not ridden in a group for sometimes but I m sure that the old girl will be please to leave the cosy shed for a run.

    Cheers

    Daylight savings change tonight

Dont forget to change your chronometer for daylight savings or you will be early

It begins again on Sunday 27 September 2009 (when clocks go forward one hour).

    Cheers

Yes, very good point... better early than late.... better late than never... except here in which case it's pointless to be late as there will be noone to ride with. So make sure you rewind your watches 1 hour before sleeping tonight.
