    i will try but pulled the tendons in my knee so i will have to see. Mrs boris might be keen but she is on lates at the moment so will see when she gets in.

    what do you mean? you dont need tendons to keep to the speed limit

    sorry guys I won't be there.
    just tried to get on my bike, no going to happen. took about 2 mins to get foot onto peg and just to painful to change gear (can't twist knee).
    should be good for next week.
