I might come along for a ride, how many people usually turn up?
Cheers.
varies but usually a small group of 5 or so
this is a social ride rather than a race

Depends on wether you do them in any location where you might take me out
We usually enjoy our ride without getting dangerous or over the top.... there are a range of skills and riding styles.

I think he was having a laugh at me for my being a Wheelie-nazi at hampton downs
but i think out for a duck has summed it up nicely

The thumb I'm under has been removed temporarily. Depending on the level of hangover I have tomorrow I might come out for a ride. Definitely not a fast rider![]()

Thanks for the ride today guys. Had a blast!!
First 'proper' one of these Ive actually managed to do, where most of the main protagonists were actually there; and surprise surprise, it turns out that I actually know yachtie quite well from other parts of life (though I didnt ever know he was into bikes!! LOL).
Anyways, a great day, some mint roads, pizza was pretty good, good company, nice pace, and the traffic wasnt too bad either. Really enjoyed woodcocks, and Cove Road back from Waipu through to Mangawai Heads was good fun too!!
Boris; Plugz4Lugz are the mob that did my ear plugs. They do an earphone version as well. Works well, but they aint that cheap. Ive tried normal in-ear phones, and IF they stay sealed when I put my helmet on, then they work well. But I have major issues with them getting knocked out etc when I stick my lid on. The Plug4Lugz dont move and block heaps of noise (probably have the music player set to about 1/4 - 1/3 volume usually, and thats plenty loud enough). Im also tempted to just do L1 on the Friday, as I reckon that would be neat fun doing it with you guys!!

"Excellent ride dudes"
Bike was fine for the rest of the trip home, have no idea what went wrong, it might be telling me to get it in for a servicel
See you all next week?
