The bike has had an oil change, new battery and a new regulator, is stored in a garage at night time and the whole wiring harness checked over closely.

Twice in the last 2 weeks I've been out riding and had the bike completely died needing to be taken back to the workshop on the back of a tow truck. On Thursday something started going wrong with the starter motor, and the bike would barely crank over. I was lucky to get it started and nearly got stranded - again.

Fighter is waiting on the rad and it will be back on road... scooter is on road today... Track bike.... a month or so (blown head gasket)... Beemer... when I have some money left from all the rest...... yep you read that right... over the last month I ended up with a garage full of motorbikes and none of them going!!!!

Been looking with serious intent at the mountain bike... but not sure if I should try my luck

AT least all this happened over winter..... I'll be at the ColdKiwi.. though.. you wait and see

Yep, good day. Good to be back on the road. On the way back I shot through Woodcocks and stopped in at the Puhoi. Absolutely packed! I think everyone was happy to get out.

    Cheers all.

Awesome ride guys, thanks :-) Think i got a little cocky after I left Kaukapapa though..... had a couple of close calls one involving a little "change down throttle on" resulting in a wheelie while passing...... gave me such a fright!! first little wheelie!! who woulda thought??
