I think we might give it a miss as the weather looks like its going shitty.
The rain radar shows a big band of rain getting here any time from now.
i will keep cheacking and we are just down the road but it doesn't look likely.

Hiya all, any interest in doing a ride round the eastern bays using the following route:

starts
Howick centre
Whitford,
Maraitai,
Clevedon,
kawakawa bay,
Miranda Hot Springs
Hunua Falls,
Brookby
finish at Otara

Have done the route a few times and the roads are really good with no gravel, and good for all levels of riders.
Miranda is a nice place to stop for lunch and the rides about 4 hrs if you include a few breaks to take in the scenery lol. Just putting it out there as a one off alternative to the northern routes....thanks for looking

Yes we'll be at the Caltex in Dairy Flat from 9:30am, leaving 10:00am or thereabouts.
