Eye twitch

The lower lid of my left eye has been sporadically twitching for the last 4 days, starting to get a bit annoying. Anyone know what causes this twitching and how I may be able to make it stop (short of holding my finger on it)?? Thanks!

Could be an enzyme deficiency - solved by taking an enzyme called Q10

ohh Trudes my Mum had that for quite sometime .. kinda appeared out of nowhere .. not sure if there is an actual medical thingy attached to it but when she kinda tracked things she realised she was highly stressed but didnt realise it. Not saying thats why yours is twitching LOL but for Mum she was boiling inside, certainly not happy thoughts .. so it manifested as the twitch ... I call her Popeye now hahahahaha ...

Anyway thanks for all the ideas, I'll give it a few more days, wear my reading glasses etc, then look at taking some suppliments if it's still there. It could be stress, but I've been more pumped up on stress before and my eye hasn't done this before, but there could be some underlying need to smack someone that's doing it
