Gortex gloves?

ok,so who knows where I can get some gortex leather gloves?....I,ve tried various types of so called waterproof gloves and they have all let me down.I had a pair I brought from the UK but lost them in Duneden 2 years ago and have not found a worthy replacement yet.....heeeeelllllllllppppp....

For totally waterproof gloves I'd recommend Rain-Off overgloves.

I used mine anytime it's raining. Even good in summer rain with mesh gloves underneath so your hands don't over heat.

My winter gloves tend to loose their warming qualities once they are saturated. With the Rain-offs over the top my hands stay warm and dry.
Takes away a tiny bit of feel from the grips but not much.

Get some sent over from Hein Gerrick in the UK. Far easier than fannying about with questionable quality ones. You know HG ones will be the dogs.. why fuck about?

Just checked out the rainoff site...was wondering if you (Maxcanon) have a pair yourself and if so, which ones? The one or two finger version??? In your opinion which makes for easier lever control???

If anyone else has them I would be interested to know what ya think...the feedback on the site is all very positive...of course...

Yes I do have a pair.
Mine are the single finger design. I tend to wrap my index finger around the throttle and brake with my other three fingers so it works well.
They take away a small bit of feel but if you are wearing winter gloves under them you won't notice.

I'd recommend them. Used them all last winter and they held up well, no discernible wear, no leaks.

Only downside is it takes about a minute to get them on.

Cheers for that...yeah I'm thinking they could be just perfect for me. My existing wintergloves aren't bulky so they should work a treat...just gotta decide which design.
I see that Mt Eden M/Cs stock them and I go past them every day so will pop in and check them out.

Hey Buellbabe how's it going, I've got the two finger ones and they are great. Never had them leak yet and would recommend them to anybody. One thing I would say though, make sure you've done everything first. Like your helmet, key in the bike etc.
