Thumbs up Actrix VMCC Winter Series Entries Up Soon

Without too much of a drumroll. The entry forms for this years Actrix VMCC Winter Series should be up on the website by tomorrow. Fee changes for this year are a marginal increase in cost for Taupo, a larger increase for the 2 day meetings and an increase for cross entry. We will also have some new classes running with existing classes. Mini Lite 250 is a 250 four stroke class that allows more room for development than Streetstock 150. There will be a championship class for S2 Super Moto (up to 450cc Super Moto).

I can't confirm anything yet, but there is a rumour from reliable (if not particularly attractive) sources, that the space-time continuum is being folded in a manner that may allow extra track time to occur for F1.

If I were to pay for the whole series, and then my bike blew up at some point during it and I couldn't get it sorted to attend any more, would I be able to get a partial refund for meetings not attended?

I only ask as I am trying to determine whether I do it meeting by meeting or pay the discounted series fee.

    Cheers

Yep, im with him!! Ive kind of decided that I would be best entering on a round by round basis just in case I cant fix it next time it blows...

The current solution is that, if it is a genuine reason that has prevented continuing on for the season, a refund is possible. The equation being: Amount refunded = total paid - (full fee for each round attended + a small admin charge). This occurs in the context of a written explanation of the circumstances. If you manage to come back for later rounds, obviously the full fees apply. I missed 2 rounds in my first year and 1 last year due to gremlins, but did not get a refund. The discount is sizeable and I certainly risk it every year.

Its cheap anyway, I would suggest pay the full entry support the club as they are doing good things Its not even the cost of 1 set of decent tyres!

Cheers for that, I think i'll take the risk (I don't expect any major mechanical problems, but experience has taught me to be sceptical)
