    Bend in what?

Mate had a tri-oval, but it was on a k6 thou...

If its the baffle, its fine, you just need a firm hold of the baffle with the pliers, and wiggle it a bit, and it should come out. Its always hard the first time

bend in the insert, where it comes off the can the tip changes direction (so its not pointing skwards) and the insert has the same bend in it,so naturally its binding up!?
    what to do...

The tip of the baffle should be quite a bit larger than the rest of the baffle. Therefore, with the rest being a smaller diameter, it should be able to slide out the hole (even with the bend in the end cap)
