You should be able to get a master cylinder seal kit from the distributor for not too much $$ - couple of hours would do the job. Make sure the cylinder bore is not scored otherwise you will waste your money on the seal kit.
IF you can get a kit (you can for all cars) then this is the quick and easy solution.
Get someone knowledgeable to supervise, and just do it yourself - its not hard at all, and the consequences of stuffing up the REAR brake rebuild is not enormous - NOT SO for the fronts. If it were fronts, I would say dont touch them. The trickyish part is getting the bubbles out once its reassembled, but still not rocket science.
