Wow I'm hooked!! Thanks to John for lending me a bike today. I had a great time and cant wait to buy a bucket. Unfortunately 6 months ago our 16 yr old daughter got her learners and we brought her a fxr 150 but she is a bit anti Mum taking all the plastic off her pride and joy to fang it around the track!!!. If any one has a bucket for sale please let me know. I would prefer 17 inch wheels but just want to get out there so a learner bucket that Hubby can modify (within reason) would be fine.

look on trade-me, or try get an fxr150 [be prepared to spend alot of $$ though]

with the way you were going today, you'll be in A-class in no time!
your daughter saw my fxr150 get wasted and that probualy put her off using her shiny fxr as a bucket.....

Heck I didn't even know there was a buckets forum on this site!!

Today was a good laugh, first time out on a bucket. Only got one session in due to a flat tyre before the day had even begun which I had to head off and get fixed.

Bike seems to handle pretty alright. Motor seems a bit dodge though. Maybe it just isn't meant to rev very much at all??? Oh well, see how it goes tomorrow!
