    Motorcyclists' Rights

(USA) - Among the bills they support is one trying to get stiffer penalties for drivers who are responsible for those killed in a motorcycle crash.

The bill has two more committees to go to and if it passes, it's as follows:
-- the driver at fault shall be given a citation.
-- community hours in a trauma hospital, no less than 15 hours and no more than 120 hours.
-- 8 hours of driver improvement course.
-- family will be notified of the citation and date they will appear in court.

Thats good, but they should take it one step further, make it for all who seriously injure or kill a motorcyclist..

Why reserve all the fun for the killers? Let the maimers get some too.
