Apparently it brings the old blood thats sitting stagnent in the muscle and out and makes it dissapear somewhere, and brings new blood in. Apparently speeds things up alot.

I looked something like this, but it was my shoulder/back area.

Well I felt the what id say pain of them getting sucked on to begin with. Untill i got used to the feeling.

I now thinking about it nearly fell asleep. But however when I did get of the bed thing and stand up i nearly fell over. Apparently a huge realease of endorphins is good at doing that.

But that feeling wore off really really quickly and then i felt really really energised. Like everything was moving in slow motion.

And rode my motorbike home lol. probly not the brightest idea. Also i felt like i was going slow but looking at the speedo i was speeding..... alot.

Been there done that, by an ex russian weight lifter turned masseuse called Olga...sucked out a few black heads but.

And brings to mind the time my ten year old daughter came to watch me at squash...she found 1/2 a squash ball and was amused how she got it to stick to her forehead...suction cup like. Week off school till the Cyclops syndrome wore off.....

A physio did that?Weird! Can honestly say I've never heard of a physio using suction cupping. Personally I like it - Loosens the back up great, but yeah. What were you seeing them for?

There will be more kinky stuff at your next visit.

This was just a warmer before the really wild stuff starts.

You will feel completely 'Sucked up' after your next visit

Are you talking about when they put the electricity through the cups?

I've had that and i hated it. Hurt me so bad i had to have a day off after every session. Then when i told the Physio after the 3rd session on it (each session was 30 or 40 minutes of pain) that it hurt like fuck he was really shocked (well not as shocked as me, damn electricity) apparently its only sposed to be a small prick. And it wasn't supposed to hurt!

You should check to find out if you should be experiencing pain!

I think you took a wrong turn. Don't they just heat the cups?

Anyone had any relief from going to a chiropractor? I've had a creaky neck and back for the last year. I train five days a week at the gym pretty much punishing my body. I think I'm in need of a realignment.

Personal opinion only, but I don't like 'em and don't trust 'em.

All the chiro's I've been to have needed continual repeat visits (both at their insistance and because it's back out a weak (sic) later).

I've been seeing an osteo (in mianus so no use giving you his name) who uses electro-acupuncture to loosen the muscles then does some manipulation. Because the muscles are relaxed they don't squeeze your back back back out of alignment. Back. I see him about every back 8 months or so. You could always get a back chiro and massage combo, just watch the happy finish.

    No electricity through the cups.

Though I did get elictricity through the acupuncher or however the fuck you spell that word.

This guy is pritty good though, shoulder feels better already.

As for chiros one threw the base of my neck right out once, so find one thats really well knowen and is good.

I just happend to know a guy whos dad knew a dude whos neighbours father was a retired chiro and hooked me up for free. He got his massage on first to loosen up everything, then worked some magic with his hands, few cracks later and no lies, i was an inch too two inches taller thats how much my back was compacted and my bad sloucher posture ruined me.
