mines a gsx250... speaking of which... is going up for sale as soon as i decide to get my ass in2 gear and chuck it on trademe. so if any1s keen on a grey 2004 gsx250, let me kno!
"GSX's are shit, mines for sale soon by the way."![]()
lol theyre not shit. i said 'shit' in relation to the power, which after a 600 is sweet FA... but still... not a shit bike
your gsx a twin?
Mine has like no top end, power is peaking at like 11-12 even though it revs to 16, the rest of it is just so that when you change gear you've still got maximum power
yeah, its got alot more low down power than the gsxr though, which makes it very nice for commuting
The best kind!
Sports-communting:
Take the distance of your commute in kilometres. (In my case, ~25km)
For every kilometre, you are allowed one minute to commute it. (So 25 minutes for me)
For every minute under the "par" for your course, you get 20 points.
For every wheelie on the way, you get 20 points.
For every stoppie, you get 30 points.
For every time you lanesplit at more than 1.5 times at local speed limit, you get 30 points.
For every powerslide you get 10 points.
For every pedestrian mown down, 20 points if they get up, or 40 points if you nailed 'em right.
40 points for running from the rozzers, and 80 points if you escape whilst still on one wheel.
100 points if someone posts up a thread on KB bitching about the biker with the numberplate 12ABC and they're referring to YOU.
Who said commuting had to be boring?
Never expect Across for fuel economy LOL
But it is the perfect sports commuter bike ^^
OMG I'm so jealous of Real Wolf!
Oh well, I'll buy Goose350 when I get job lol
Btw Danae did you write Jafa's new avatar?

nah, it does fairly fine.
Now I do have a minor problem though, seems my speedo cable has come off, or something, not sure (happened tonight).
Basically I have no speedometer, and my odometer does not tick over. My rev counter still works, and the 1:10 ratio of revs - km/h mean I can tell my speed if I"m in sixth
