Great little inner city commuter and handles the motorway well enough too
on song, this thing sounds like a mad bee on P.
It's so damn light and chuckable (is that even a word?)
Recently Ive put new front rubber on it, i've decarboned the muffler and expansion chamber (surprising the difference that made) It has a brand new battery.
It also has some fairly new scrapes down the right hand side due to a low speed drop on road works, the end result being the afore mentioned scrapes and a cracked mounting hole. (which could use some plastic welding to make it look good again... but its still a functional hole without any work done to it if you catch my drift.
I had the top end rebuilt when i was living in auckland, sadly though the work done was a little sub standard and one of the valves got loose and came into contact with the piston, so since then i've had another rebuild performed by oyster (new piston and reworked the powervalve that caused the problem.) can explain further the work done in person.
Price is by no way an indication of the quality of the bike.
Perhaps it would make an entry level street stock bike?
