Well i have decided there will not be a calander, for 2010, due to fact not enough good photos and range of subjects(have 2 photos only of a cruiser, and these are of same bike submitted by same person),

I got a total of 107 photos, by about 35ish people, where i had 50-55 people last year, with around 160-170 photos (off top my head)

I got a number of different memebers of this site to go thru the photos and select there favourite photos, from the and they could come up with 12-15 photos, but in turn it would work that at least 2-3 photos where of peoples photos already selected.

Many of the photos are good, but they are to low quality to be blow up to 300dpi etc for printing. Which has to be taken in to fact when selecting photos. And boils down to that the better photos that would be used in the calander, would have multi photos by same person, which i don't want to do.

And honstly if i had this much effort to get people to submit photos, i need at a minium 50-60 calanders to even worth printing, i am not gonna waste my time, to bother, if not gonna get the pictures send in for it.

That's dissapointing. I've really enjoyed the calanders in the past and it'll be a shame not to have one for the computer room wall next year.

i know its annoying, some of the people who talked in this thread, didn't even send submissions thru, and many people did not even read the guide lines before submitting photos.

I could make a calander out of 'racing shots' but that would make a boring calander for people who have no interest in race bikes.

I tossing up weather i throw a link in here, where people can see the photos that were submitted.

Well I read the guidelines and there is one I would want to submit but its more than 12 months old - ONLY JUST.

Knowing that I didnt send it in.

I mean how many photos do you get with a Harley rider actually waving going around a 45km corner (Oldguy would have to agree to releasing it though)

Sorry bro. I was way too busy... Too many business trips all around. Slack excuss I know. If you like the pics of the 954 in my face book albums, then I could always submit them. They are very big and high quality taken with Cannon SLR camera.

Talking Show us the photos and let us decide cajun

    CAJUN

Fair dickum you dont think they are good enough, but why dont you let us all view them and cast out votes, seeing as though and the chosen few can't bet you would be surprised by the quantity of folk that would buy the calender.

Come on mate play ball, there is enough of us wanting to see the photos and let us have the last say eh.

    WELL!!!!!
