theres a place in wellington down island bay calld trishes pies? or something like that. there pretty good and have a good weight to them.
Trisha's pies make an awesome vegetarian pie.

I had a BP Thai Chicken pie last night and it was great. Beats some of the crap pies you get from the servo.

The shop changed hands soon after winning that award. Dunno if the quality is the same now.

Bloody good timing I reckon - its morning tea time and someone is leaving work today and putting on a spread. Time to pig out.

BP is the reliable choice when you're on the road, but if you're ever cruising through Waipukurau down in hawkes bay stop in at Greenlands Bakery. Potato Top heaven. Only takeaway I know is any good in hamilton is Happy Days on Norton Road, the best Sweet and Sour pork that we can get (and we've tried about 20 places) so we drive 20 mins to get it.
