Do you have a lap timer on that 675 ?
    !
Yes it has a very comprehensive datalogger, lap timer, total distance, average speed, top speed, fuel use etc.

first time out on a track, neat fun, need more ground clearence on the hog. ground the foot pegs and boots down.putting a gxer 600 frontend in over winter, should make it better for the track. the rears all good (olins).

    cheer s :-)

Why thank you Shit, it would be great to have a trackday EVERY weekend eh!

    now that would be mint.

I've got a couple more excuses like, the Kwaka's slower than a Daytona, I'm old and therefore slow, I was taking it easy because I've got broken bits, Polly's light and was riding a Gixxer and he must have been running some secret english rocket fuel, the light wasn't right - or something
pollys gsxr had some serious get up and go. super nice work coming out of higgins there.

    certainly didnt show.
The engine in the GSXR is stock, and it runs on 91 petrol.
that didnt show either, I was surprised how much pickup it had for a "older" bike.
I do have a few trick GSXR engine bits, left over from 20 years of bike drag racing. Parts to build a big motor are sitting on the bench in my garage, just waiting for PN engine rebuilders to finish the block, then it can all go together.
    Now that should be entertaining

I had fibreglass fairings on and the bellypan is a slightly different shape to the road fairings and just took them off to find big scrape marks down the right hand side of them
Need more tracktime and learn how to get round corners without hitting the ground me thinks.

My best time before the weekend was only 1.30 so reaching the goal of 1.25 was fucking mint. There is plenty left in the tank with that too I just have to harden up.

Next time I will bring a tow rope to dangle out the back of that R6

Maybe I should just borrow a yamaha and then I wouldnt have to worry about destroying a good looking bike....

You happen to know where one is?
