    This is a motorcycle site and things re motorcycling are supposed to be talked about!!

    So I suppose it may be a pair of false testicles that Harley riders use to give them balls???

    Definitely a jellyfish float. Thought it was a Portuguese Man O War (apparently not really a jellyfish... learn something new every day...) but if you look at the photos of its float (scroll to the bottom of the Wikipedia article) it seems to have a single float not the double one you have. But it's some kind of jellyfish-like creature anyway.
