I have a bike similar to a DRZ400 (grey import) that I plan on doing a bit of touring on this summer-it currently has a small screen on it that causes a lot of wind buffeting in the helmet area,in fact the bike is better off without it-can anyone recommend a screen that would give me better wind protection for touring. Thanks

I find the gap at the bottom lets enough air flow behind the screen that it really reduces the buffeting.
It may be worthwhile trying it with yours to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks Fran for the info-I was really after a screen that attaches to the bars,or,as this bike has the headlight on ears, attaches to the headlight(or both)
That DIY one looks interesting as it gives me some size indications to work with.

Mates, is the FCR39 carb a straight swap with the Mikuni one or is there other parts needed for the conversion?
