Nothin' I still got the same aches and pains at sixty as I had at 59. Beleive it or not but life actually gets better as you get older. Mind you a good woman helps.

have not managed to get any of the woman around the house
help tidy up the bikes (get abused every time i ask)
have a five year old who is happy to help though
