hey all, anyone have an FXR front caliper, good working condition, mines packed a sad and has seized up and even the shop cant pull it apart.

Have u heated it with a gas torch etc before trying to pull?

Yes been done and a fancy tool was used, but to no avail... and by a shop.
With out being able to remove the pins that hold the pads in the pots cant be cleaned and seals replaced. I wired my caliper up to the bike today and the wheel spun free... well it did, till I brought it to a sudden stop with my thumb in the rotor
Hence why she needs another caliper... cos when I find my missing didget, ill be reposesing mine.
