    CBR600 1989 - Carb / Airbox layout

    Hi,

The resurrection is going well, but I'm a bit confused in the carb area. There is a tube with a plastic bit attached to the carbs, it is not in the Clymer manual and i didn't get any photo's of it.
If you can help by telling me where I should connect it to (and NO, i won't be putting it THERE!)

Link to piccies and more detailed questions

    Cheers Muchly !

Its an air filter tube. There should be a filter in it as well. I think the F2 has one, but I lost mine ages ago if it did. There are two other tubes (not the fuel tubes) that come out of the carbs. These are clipped together (just breather tubes) and I think the air filter tube went over the top and just sat there.
