    Hi Ladies
I'm looking at updating my bike and Mrs Oakie suggested yesterday that we sell her bike too and get a BIG bike to share.

So if any you are not happy with your current 250 and would like something a bit zippier but still a 250, then her '93 CB250FM (aka Honda 'Jade') could be bought for oooh, haven't really thought about it but lets say somewhere around $3800 ono.

4 cylinder, naked style, about 25km/l consumption and with 24500km on the clock. Nice upright riding position and a breeze to ride. Goes well and I've certainly chased her down the road at 140kph a couple of times.

    Anyone interested can PM me.

    Advert over.

    EDIT: Now Sold.

Yes it is sad and I wasn't really that keen for a start but then she pointed out the practicalities of it and it does make sense in a few ways. More-so as she's quite happy to pillion.

Just making a bracket for the other half "L"unatic plate, if I read the regs right it "must be clearly visible" and it will be, the colours are correct, the fact it follows the line of the bike to make it survive the rigours of the road we will see, have a spare plate if you need one Cruza.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

Yeah have to sort something in the next week. Another couple of sessions in the work yard and another hour running up and down that quiet road in prebbleton , Reckon I'll have to fire up the touno , so RG can buy me a beer at taitapu or something.

I could have but for looks I have built up a bracket that cunningly disguises the L plate as a feature of the bike, well maybe.
